Primary Duties and Responsibilities
o Psychological assessments, development, revision and implementation of behavior support plans, staff training, participation in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (ITT) process, consulting with ITT members on functional skills development, counseling for individuals and groups. o Provide clinical leadership in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders. o Conduct capability to consent determinations, including:
sexual consent, behavior management and medical treatment issues, review capability assessments annually and as needed. o Analyze behavioral data and write progress notes. o Prepare Risk Assessment and Risk Management Plans as required. o Serve as instructor/facilitator including working with available team members, setting objectives and writing monthly progress notes. Group counselling. o As needed, provide individual counseling and write either a specific note or incorporate within the general monthly notes. o Attend psychiatric consultations as needed, be available to provide behavioral data as needed. o Assist with training staff for individual Behavior Support Plans and Risk Management Plans. o Attend departmental meetings and team staff meetings as scheduled. o Satisfactorily complete all annual, mandated courses and update courses such as PROMOTE, CPR and other topics. o Serve on DDSOO committees or task forces, when requested. o Provide input and attend quarterly, annual and special team meetings as assigned. o Assist Treatment Team with incident/investigation follow up, may involve conflict resolution or BSP revisions when necessary. o Other duties as assigned including assistance and mentorship to lower level psychology department staff as needed.

Salary Range:
From $91794 to $102661 Annually
Minimum Qualification
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service eligible list for this title; OR candidates must have one year of permanent service as a Licensed Psychologist and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law. In addition, candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice psychology in New York State. Provisional appointment under the promotional opportunity qualifications or the open competitive qualifications may be considered. o Promotional opportunity candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice psychology in New York State AND have had one year of permanent competitive service as an Associate Psychologist or Psychologist 2. o Open-Competitive opportunity candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice psychology in New York State.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
