We are seeking a Garden Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist customers with their gardening needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our garden center.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting plants, flowers, and garden supplies - Maintain the garden center's cleanliness and organization - Operate cash registers for sales transactions - Water and care for plants to ensure their health and vitality - Restock inventory and ensure products are displayed attractively Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and visually appealing garden center - Excellent customer service abilities to assist customers effectively - Proficiency in operating cash registers for smooth transactions - Sales skills to promote products and increase sales - Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with floral design for arranging flowers and plants attractively - Experience in landscape maintenance to upkeep the garden center's outdoor areas - Passion for gardening and knowledge of various plant species Joining our team as a Garden Associate offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your love for gardening can flourish.
