75 an hour We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
This shift is two shifts 7-3pm and 3.
11 shifts.
Must have the ability to work both shifts.
Be professional and report to work as scheduled.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest relations and managing our phone systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service- Check guests in and out of the hotel- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Manage reservations and cancellations- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
