- Manage the parts department and oversee all aspects of parts operations - Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts - Utilize an order management system to track and process parts orders - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts - Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Environment - Collaborate with the repair team to provide necessary parts for repairs - Handle receiving of parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation - Maintain a clean and organized parts department for efficient parts storage Check in / Check out Rental Equipment as needed Skills:
Solid Interpersonal Communication Skills Proficiency in Requestioning ,Receiving, Stocking Parts and Supplies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with customers , suppliers, and internal teams Experience in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records Familiarity with ordering parts from different suppliers Establish well-defined work prcedures Conduct periodic Parts Inventories Job Type:
