We are a construction and stone fabrication doing work for both residential and commercial customers.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed Maintaining files Welcoming visitors to your office Answering phone calls Taking and delivering messages Scheduling meetings/estimates and sending meeting invites to attendees Event planning Timesheet input Prior experience with Contractor Foreman and Excel will be very helpful!
