Responsible for assisting in risk evaluation in accordance with the company's underwriting guidelines.
Including being knowledgeable on eligibility, coverages, as well as cancellation and reinstatement procedures.
Perform account servicing including responding to agent inquiries, applications, quotations, endorsements, cancellations, loss runs and ongoing renewals under guidance of senior underwriter.
Send and review inspections to adequately perform loss control.
Following up with recommendations and documenting policy files when improvements are complete.
Take part in research, product development, testing and implementation of new or upgraded programs.
Creating marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content Skills Required Decision making and problem solving Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Organization and prioritization Proper and consistent documentation Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent insurance experience Benefits 401K with employer contribution Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage Life Insurance Vacation time 35 hour work week M-F Opportunities for continued education Job Type:
