Also, for the right support staff candidate we offer a program to become a Junior Advisor.
All applicants must have:
Good to advanced computer skills Basic understanding of financial services / brokerage operations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Service oriented and client focused with a professional demeanor Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow up Good phone and communication skills Prior employment with a Financial Services company, Retirement firm, Broker-Dealer, Investment firm, or Life Insurance agency is preferred Education:
Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred For the Junior Advisor track:
Series 7 and 63 and/or Insurance licenses a plus, but not required to start We offer partial and/or full financial support for education required by industry We pay for all initial licensing requirements for 2 years.
